Alabama

L. Douglas Alford, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Larry Douglas Alford, Jr. earned his medical degree at the University of Alabama. Dr. Alford has been practicing primary care since 1999. As a faith-based health care provider, he is passionate about caring for his patients, especially those managing and controlling diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. He also understands the value of quality palliative care.
In his spare time, he enjoys time trying to keep up with his three sons. He also loves teaching medical and nurse practitioner students and residents.

Scott Boyken, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Scott Boyken is a board-certified physician practicing at Complete Health – Trussville. In addition to quality primary care, Dr. Boyken specializes in sports medicine and earned a certificate of added qualification in the specialty. He earned his medical degree at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Dr. Boyken has practiced since 2010 and he enjoys getting to know his patients and their families. He also enjoys helping patients care and recover from injuries and orthopedic issues along with chronic conditions. In his free time, he spends time with his family, enjoys attending sports events and fishing.

Michael Dupre’, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Michael Dupre’ is Medical Director for Complete Health – Pell City. He is a board-certified physician who earned his medical degree at LSU Medical Center New Orleans in 1995. He has practiced with Complete Health since 2004. He believes in treating each patient like they are his family.

William Kirby, III, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Kirby has two decades of experience as an internist, focusing on cardiovascular health, diabetes, and thyroid disorders. Originally from Natchez, MS, Dr. Kirby is married to Charnita, who is a photographer. Together they have seven children. When Dr. Kirby is not seeing patients, he enjoys running, mountain biking and hunting.

Chris Phillips, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Chris Phillips earned his degree in medicine at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He has been practicing since 2004 and has experience in primary, inpatient, post-acute and hospice/palliative care.
In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor sports like hunting, fishing and archery along with activities with his church.
Florida
Stephen Giorgianni, DO
Chief Physician, Complete Health Metro-Daytona
Dr. Giorgianni oversees Complete Health’s physicians and providers in Metro-Daytona and the group’s patient-focused quality care programs. His mission is to improve health care access and provide true continuity of care.
Giorgianni has practiced adult and geriatric medicine for over 10 years and has a decade of experience managing advanced care organizations. He is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Medical School and completed his residency at Largo Medical Center. He is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Physicians.
Brittany Newton, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Brittany Newton was born and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida. She attended Georgetown University for undergraduate studies where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
After completion, she continued her medical education at Florida State University College of Medicine, where she earned her Medical Degree. Dr. Newton completed residency at Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, Florida. Before joining the team at Complete Health in 2016, she was a skilled surgeon in Volusia County. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, traveling with her husband and daughter and their two Golden Retrievers.
Andrew Feldman, DO
Medical Director
Dr. Andrew Feldman graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California and completed his internship at Southeastern Medical Center in North Miami Beach, Florida. Dr. Feldman is board-certified in family practice and has enjoyed taking care of patients for more than 37 years in Florida.
He served as a major on active duty in the Army Medical Corps for four years. Since his service in the Army Medical Corps, Dr. Feldman has been committed to providing not only the very highest quality of care to patients but also patient-focused service.
Melanie Sharp
Director, Florida and Virginia Market Operations
With more than 15 years of multi-site clinical leadership, Melanie Sharp’s background focus is on operational management and process and quality improvement in primary care and population health. She has worked as Associate VP of Operations for Premise Health, based out of Nashville, Tennessee, supporting clinical operations for 225 practice locations. Melanie has also held multiple executive positions, Regional Director for Humana/Concentra (California and Nevada market) and VP of Operations for Lifestyle Lift.
Her true passion is building strong teams that focus on the patient and their journey to improving their overall health through education and provider engagement.
Laura Meyers
Director, Value-Based Care, Metro-Daytona
Laura Meyers has devoted the last 19 years to advocating for patients, providing exceptional patient care, and identifying ways to improve patients’ lives through better health. While she is skilled at bedside care in medical-surgical, critical care, and oncology, Mrs. Meyers’ transition to care management allows her to address and treat the underlying issues that contribute to chronic disease exacerbations and reduce physician burden. Laura is exceptionally passionate about utilizing data to develop and implement new initiatives that improve health outcomes for the patients we serve.
