Laura is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She received her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, exercising, and traveling to the beach.
